CTF2.0

This iteration of CTF was dreamed up when Jarax was playing team fortress
in quake.  When he logged on afterwards, Vlesfious had mentioned that there
hadn't been a CTF game for a while and I should start one.  This gave me an
idea.  People had asked me to make CTF more in depth or more complex... so
how better than by modding it for team fortress?  With a better understanding
of mprogs(the original CTF being a program I wrote to learn them better),
I started work on what would be a rather ambitious project that took forever
to complete.
