When you're first teleported into the Room of Binding, there's many places
you can go.  North is the CTF store where you can buy things that will aid
you in your future games.  South is the gift shop where you can by stuff that
you can use OUTSIDE of the games.  West and east are the teams' staging areas.
Don't go there, because you can't get out.  You get put there before a game
starts and get transported to the arena from there.  Finally, down from the
Room of Binding is the observation deck.  The upper, or nosebleed section will
show you people dying and flags moving, but that's about all.  The mezzanine
below will show you actual attacks and damage being dealt.  The lower ground
floor boxes will let you view the smallest actions going on in the game.
The lower ground floor boxes are closed during league games to prevent people
from telling players classified information.
