WISDOM

Wisdom measures how much a character is able to learn at each level.  Those
characters with high wisdom scores will get more practices at each level.  It
also affects, somewhat, how much mana a character gains.

The breakpoints for getting an additional prac are as follows:
5, 15, 18, 22, 25

Note:  Wisdom is often abbreviated as WIS.
