TRAINING

Syntax:  train <str|int|wis|dex|con|hp|mana|move>

At certain locations, one can find trainers who can help you TRAIN your
attributes.  The most commonly used trainer is 2s3es from Market Square.

Note that training and practicing are not the same thing!  The sailor will
not help you practice.  You must practice at your class guildhall - check
HELP DIR3 for directions to the guildhalls.

When a character is created, that character has a standard set of attributes
based on race and class, and several initial training sessions to spend.  These
training sessions can be spent at a trainer to receive his services.

Without an argument, the trainer will list all those attributes which can yet
be improved.  If an attribute is not listed it is probably maxxed (note that
some attribute maximums can rise with level, such as hp/mana/move).

It takes one training session to improve an attribute by one point, or to
increase hit points, mana, or movement by 10 points.  One training session is
received per level.  Training sessions can also be purchased with 4000 quest
points at any Questmaster.

The best attributes to train first are 'wis' and 'con'.  Wisdom allows for more
practices when a level is gained.  Constitution yields more hit points per
level.  In the long run, a character will be most "powerful" if these two stats
are trained to their maximums (maximums depend on race and class).  After that,
it is usually a good idea to train 'int' in order to get the most out of
practicing skills and spells.

Also, it is beneficial to seek out items that boost wisdom and constitution
while leveling, for this can help even when the stats are at their natural
maximums.  Intelligence boosting items can be used to help when practicing.
