TIME
Syntax: time [birthday|diagnostic]
weather [diagnostic]
TIME shows the game time, as well as the time the mud was last started, the
current local time for the host computer, and the uptime of the mud.
TIME BIRTHDAY shows information about the character's birthday as well as
how many days ago it was (or how many days hence).
WEATHER shows the current game weather if the character is outside.
Immortals may use the 'diagnostic' argument to see the various internal
settings of game time and weather.
