TELL

Syntax:  tell <character> <message>
         reply <message>
         rbreak
         rlock [<character>|none]

TELL sends a message to one awake character anywhere in the world.  With no
argument it turns off the sending/receiving of tells.  See DEAF.

REPLY sends a message to the last character who sent you a TELL.  REPLY will
work even if you can't see the other character, and without revealing their
identity.  This is handy for talking to invisible or switched immortal
characters.

RBREAK will clear out all replies to your character.

RLOCK will lock your character's replies to the individual who last sent you a
tell.  Optionally, a character's name may be specified to lock replies to that
person specifically.  Once locked, even if other characters send tells, all
replies will still go to the locked character.  Use RLOCK with no argument to
unlock replies.

RLOCK NONE will lock replies to nobody.  What this means is that, regardless
of who sends you a tell, REPLY will not function.

Note:  If RLOCK is active and some other person sends you a tell, you will
       receive a notification that replies are already locked to another.
