OUTFIT

Syntax:  outfit

This command is usable only by those of level 5 and lower.  It equips the
character with a new set of sub issue gear including:

  a war banner         A light.
  a sub issue sword    A wielded weapon.
  a sub issue helmet   Head gear.
  a sub issue shield   Used as a shield.
  a sub issue vest     Worn on the torso.
  a map of Midgaard    In inventory.

Only empty equipment slots are filled, thus if a character already has a helmet
or shield, that piece of equipment will not be given.  This equipment comes
courtesy of the Mayor's warehouse.
