HEALERS

Syntax:  Heal [spell]

There are healers in the realms who will cure and heal adventurers.  However,
their services are not free for everyone.  Certain characters, namely those of
level 10 or lower, may receive "gift" spells.  But, these spells are given out
on a whim, and not always do they aid those in need in a timely manner.

HEAL, with no arguments, will show a list of all available healing services and
their respective costs, if a character is at a healer.

Use HEAL with a spell name to pay the healer gold and have him or her cast the
selected spell on your character.

Use HEAL with a spell name and then another character's name to give that
particular spell to the person in question.  Of course, it's your gold paying
for the service, not theirs.
e.g. heal uncurse caane
     Would heal Caane of his curse.
