TAG
Tag is a fun game set up by Immortals to entertain players. The basic game is
played as follows:
The referee Immortal queries those present in the MUD willing to participate
in tag. A meeting place may be chosen to discuss the area in which the tag
game is to take place. Depending on the Immortal, those wanting to play may
be transported to the given area, or sometimes must find their own way. To
begin the game, a random player will be chosen to be IT. This does not count
against that player. The idea is to be tagged as few times as possible.
Those with the fewest times being tagged IT will win prizes.
Basic Rules of Tag:
1) You may not use mimic, gate, or recall to escape or make a tag.
2) You must remain in-bounds of the area being used for the tag game.
3) You may not hide in any restricted room, like a guild.
4) No player killing or stealing of any sort by or against those playing tag.
Violations will result in SEVERE penalties.
Optional Rules:
These rules may be declared before round starts. They serve to make the game
more difficult and interesting. These are often used to help select a winner
in cases of multiple ties.
1) No invisibility.
2) No hiding or sneaking.
3) No tracking.
Note: Prizes vary according to number of players and Immortals.
