As a newcomer to the Abysmal Realms, you should first acquaint yourself with
the various rules and commands of the mud.  Take time to read the "Message Of
The Day" again (type MOTD) and follow the suggestions it makes closely.

Harassment of newcomers to this mud by higher level characters (or even other
low level characters) is _NOT_ allowed.  If you find yourself being harassed,
ask for Immortal assistance and the situation will be dealt with.  Please note
that there are evil clans and characters who have no concept of honor or
dignity here - and this is their right.  But there is a fine line between
playing a role and going too far with it.  It is usually a good idea to try to
deal with the situation yourself, if it ever arises, before asking for Immortal
assistance.  A simple "Would you please stop?" will go a long way.  But if
worse comes to worse, do not hesitate to ask for assistance.  The Immortals
here are firmly committed to making this a diverse and enjoyable environment
for all.

Please avail yourself of the online help, as much time and effort has gone into
making it as useful and informative as possible.  Some good items to start with
are HELP (yep, there is help on help), ACRONYMS, AUTO, COMMUNICATION, DISPLAY,
HEALER, OUTFIT, and SUMMARY (just type HELP followed by the topic).
e.g. help communication
     Would display the help information concerning the topic "communication".
